Because Pet Accidents Happen, Sleepypod introduces the Oops Tray for Young, Aging, Fearful, and Exotic Animals

The Oops Tray accessory for Sleepypod carriers elevates the functionality of these innovative pet homes away from home by making them leakproof to accommodate a broad range of small animals.

PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sleepypod®, a Pasadena-based company known for reinventing pet products through innovative design, today unveils the Oops Tray accessory for Sleepypod carriers. The Oops Tray elevates the functionality of Sleepypod’s innovative, soft carriers when traveling with small-sized young, aging, fearful, or exotic pets by making them leakproof. It inserts into a Sleepypod carrier, creating a physical barrier between a pet and the standard Ultra Plush bedding that makes Sleepypod carriers cozy pet beds away from home.

Building on Sleepypod’s history of innovative design, the Oops Tray can be used with or without Sleepypod’s redesigned Warmer Pad, which is due to be released in Spring 2025, offering even greater utility for the many small animal species that require an easy-to-clean space when traveling, with the additional comfort of heat from the Warmer Pad.

“With the addition of the new Oops Tray accessory, Sleepypod’s do-it-all carriers deliver incredible functionality, comfort, and safety for a broad range of small pets that need extra TLC when traveling,” says Michael Leung, Sleepypod’s lead product designer and co-founder. “Travel can be challenging with young, aging, fearful, or exotic animals, but Sleepypod carriers make it less complicated for pet owners.”
