Global Relay Announces Compliant Voice Solution with Votacall

Votacall is a premier cloud-based unified communications (UC) provider that will leverage the API to deliver seamless capture of voice and messaging data directly into the Global Relay platform.

The new Global Relay Open Connector for Votacall enables the secure archiving of Votacall’s voice and text data in compliance with critical regulations such as MiFID II (EU financial markets), FINRA Rule 4511 (U.S. financial recordkeeping), and SEC Rule 17a-4 (recordkeeping for broker-dealers).
