Newsweek Names Cintas Corporation as One of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Gen Z

The business services leader is recognized for creating an environment that supports young professionals in their development and career success.

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS) has been named to Newsweek’s 2025 list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Gen Z. This award highlights Cintas’ dedication to investing in the growth of young professionals and positioning them for future success.

“We are grateful to receive this award and to be recognized as a top workplace for Gen Z,” said Todd Schneider, President and CEO of Cintas. “Young professionals offer unique perspectives and are eager to create a positive impact. They represent the future of our company, and it’s crucial that we empower them and support their ambitions to help us continue meeting the evolving needs of our customers.”

Newsweek, in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, conducted a study that involved an assessment of publicly accessible data, discussions/interviews with HR professionals, and large-scale confidential online surveys conducted among Gen Z employees from U.S. companies. Respondents provided insights and experiences on corporate culture, working conditions, and other aspects of their current employer and other companies they know. The study incorporates over 75,000 employee interviews in the U.S. and collected over 1 million comprehensive company reviews.

This marks the third time that Cintas has received recognition for its commitment to supporting young professionals. Previous awards include:

  • Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Job Starters 2024
  • Forbes Best Employers for New Grads 2024
